License Agreement For Cotheeka1 Java Applet

1. Cotheeka Photo Agency is the owner of Cotheeka Java Applets and these are protected by International Copyright Laws. All Rights Reserved. These are given to the users/viewers of the web site (www.Cotheeka.com) as Free For Individual Use Only and Not Granted For Commercial Resale. That is, you can use it at your commercial web sites to protect your copyrighted images but not allowed to sell the applets in any manner.

2. These java applets and the accompanying files are distributed "AS IS" and without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any other warranties whether expressed or implied. In no event will Cotheeka Photo Agency or its suppliers/affiliates be liable for any lost revenue, profit, or for direct, special, indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages how ever caused and regardless of theory of liability, arising out of the use of or inability to use java applets, even if Cotheeka Photo Agency has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Cotheeka Java Applets may be put, no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is offered. The user must assume the entire risk of using the applets.

3. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Cotheeka Java Applets and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original version to anyone; and distribute the java applets and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing the Java applets and/or documentation with other products (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission, subject to the conditions in this license, without specific written permission.
